Registered Nurse - care coordination (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Loom Medical and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Reno. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on clinical evaluations with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations.
