Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Harborlight Granite Pharma develops and makes medicines in San Diego, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on clinical studies with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
