Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Granite Insurance and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on customer complaints with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
