Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Foxglove Meadow Medical designs and makes medical devices in Des Moines. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on production lots with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
