Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Clearpath Cedar Hospitality Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on food costs with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
