Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Fernwood Loom Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Des Moines caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 171 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
