Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Redstone Willow Learning Group Partners operates schools and learning programmes around Pittsburgh, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on school calendars with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
