Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Ironwood Yarrow Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Savannah, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support work on guest bookings with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
