Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Cedar Summit Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Raleigh area, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on student accounts with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
