Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Cedar Rowan Hospitality is a hospitality company in Baltimore with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 752 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on housekeeping schedules with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
