Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Westbrook Studio plans bus and rail service for cities around Tulsa. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on service alerts with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
