Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Foxglove Willow Pharma develops and makes medicines in Kansas City. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Support work on quality documentation with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
