Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Harborlight Sparrow Hospitality is a hospitality company in San Diego with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on group events with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
