Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Silverline Loom Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Phoenix, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support work on policy renewals with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
