Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Stonegate Amber Early Learning runs childcare centres in Boston caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on classroom supplies with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
