Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Ridge Medical and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on production lots with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
