Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Westbrook Willow Medical is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on production lots with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
