Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Timber Early Learning Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on classroom supplies with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
