Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Cedar Clear Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Jacksonville area. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 392 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on housekeeping schedules with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
