Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Nova Cedar Hospitality is a hospitality company in Chicago with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on supplier orders with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
