Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Clearpath Wilder Medical designs and makes medical devices in Denver, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on complaint handling with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
