Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Rook Insurance and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on claims with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
