Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Redstone Cobalt Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on customer complaints with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
