Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Redstone North Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 154 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
