Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Nova Wilder Medical is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on regulatory submissions with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
