Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Fernwood Oak Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Denver, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support work on guest bookings with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
