Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Corner Learning Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on learning materials with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
