Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Silverline Loom Learning Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Families are partners. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on learning materials with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
