Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Pike Pharma and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on regulatory filings with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
