Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Granite Medical and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on complaint handling with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
