Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Cobalt Medical and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Support work on regulatory submissions with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
