Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Redstone Haven Insurance is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Support work on customer complaints with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
