Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Redstone Lantern Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Tampa. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on school calendars with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
