Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Keystone Transit Planning and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on ridership counts with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
