Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Ironwood Ivory Hospitality is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on reviews and feedback with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
