Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Fernwood Summit Learning Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on learning materials with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
