Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Bright Pike Learning Group is an education provider in Des Moines serving students and families, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 652 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on attendance records with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
