Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Clear Hospitality and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on group events with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
