Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Lumen Fox Insurance is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on catastrophe response with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
