Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Stonegate Ridge Pharma Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on quality documentation with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
