Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Corner Insurance and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Support work on premium billing with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
