Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Summit Junction Insurance is an insurance company in Nashville with claims and service teams, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on underwriting files with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
