Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Silverline North Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on catastrophe response with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
