Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Vale Pharma and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on quality documentation with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
