Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Maple Insurance and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Support work on underwriting files with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
