Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Wilder Insurance Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on underwriting files with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
