Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Clearpath Haven Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Albuquerque, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Support work on clinical studies with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
