Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Summit Medical and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on complaint handling with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
