Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Cedar North Insurance is an insurance company in Charleston with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 798 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on underwriting files with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
