Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Harborlight Timber Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
